At this point, it would be actually more feasible to use Adaptive Membranes and/or Damage Control. You wont be facing things that do kin/exp at all, maybe only minmatar ships(wich im not that familiar with). The most used DMG type is Thermal, btw....

6. Nos Spam + Target Jammers + Drones = Overpowered. (Domi) - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
The Domi is just a good platform for ECM. ECM is either useless or very effective, there is no midway. You can fit nos on any ship, and most BS-sized ships have a drone bay big enough to have 5 heavy drones in it.

Personally, i'f recommend a Thorax. While the Vexor is more versatile, and just more "safe" to fly, i'd still go for the thorax because of the sheer damage it can deal. It can pack 5 medium drones aswell, so those drone skills will help. Of course...

What i use against ceptors (PvP). 2x Small NOS 2x Rocket 1x 2x Web 1x Scram 1x Armor Rep 1x 200/400mm RT Plate(cant really remember wich atm) Its no much use against other ships, xcept maybe AF and of course t1 frigs.
